TMTI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course when necessary. If a course is canceled or rescheduled by TMTI, the student or sponsoring organization may choose to receive a full refund of all course fees paid or, when available, transfer the enrollment to the same or a comparable course offered on another date.
TMTI and its affiliated companies are not responsible for any additional losses, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from a course cancellation or schedule change, including travel, lodging, transportation, or lost wages.
